Adriana

homeschooling mama, wife, lover of coffee and free printables

Hey friend! I’m Adriana, the mom behind Happier Homeschool.
I’m a stay-at-home, coffee-fueled mama homeschooling three kids under 8, while trying to keep the house semi-clean, the fridge stocked, and my patience somewhere in the mix.

If you’re here, chances are you’re doing your best to give your kids a great education without losing your mind in the process. I get it. I’ve been there, and honestly, some days, I’m still there.

how it all started?

When we started homeschooling, I was overwhelmed.

I didn’t have a clue where to start, everything online was expensive, and every curriculum I found seemed designed for Pinterest-perfect moms with unlimited budgets and color-coded everything.

And the free printables? Don’t even get me started.
They were always one page, and I’d sit there like, “At least give me five pages for free!”

So I started making my own.

It all clicked when I noticed my third grader did way better working on short unit studies that lasted about a week, instead of those giant year-long curriculums that just dragged on and burned us both out.

That’s when I started creating smaller, focused lessons — ones that kept her attention, helped her actually retain what she learned, and made school time feel less like a battle and more like a rhythm.

Little by little, I realized that if I was struggling to find practical homeschool resources, other moms probably were too. That’s how Happier Homeschool was born.
