We pour a lot of time and love into creating digital resources that make your homeschool journey smoother, more organized, and a little more fun. Below you’ll find all the details about how refunds and returns work here.
1. Digital Products (Instant Downloads)
All of our homeschool planners, worksheets, and printables are digital products, which means you’ll get instant access right after checkout.
Because these items are available for immediate download, all sales are final.
Once your payment is processed and your files are delivered, we can’t issue refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.
That said, we’re not about leaving anyone stuck. If you experience any technical issues with your download or didn’t receive your files, email us at [insert your support email, e.g., hello@happierhomeschool.com], and we’ll make sure you get what you paid for.
2. Duplicate Purchases
Accidentally purchased the same product twice? It happens!
Send us your order numbers, and we’ll happily issue a refund for the duplicate order.
3. Product Questions Before Purchase
We want you to feel confident before hitting “buy.” If you have questions about what’s included in a product, file formats, or how it works, reach out before purchasing — we’ll gladly walk you through it.

4. File Access Issues
If you didn’t receive your download link or can’t access your files, please:
- Check your spam or promotions folder.
- Verify your email address used during checkout.
- Contact us if you still can’t locate your order.
We’ll resend your files as soon as possible.
5. Physical Products (If We Ever Offer Them)
If we ever release printed or shipped materials, those products will follow a separate return and refund process — including timeframes, conditions, and shipping instructions. That policy will be clearly stated on the product page.

We stand behind every resource we create. Our goal is to make homeschooling easier, not stressful. If something doesn’t meet your expectations, reach out and tell us — while we can’t refund digital files, we’ll do our best to make things right.
